Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the consulting services provided by Fine Fettle Holistics to you or any individual you have nominated to receive care.
1. Client Information and Confidentiality
By engaging our services, you confirm that the personal information you provide is accurate and truthful. Your data will be handled in accordance with relevant personal data protection laws. You may request to update your personal details at any time.
Please note that withholding significant personal information may impact the effectiveness of the consultation and the progress you make. All personal data is securely stored and will only be shared with third parties if:
- You provide explicit consent;
- We are legally required to do so; or
- There is an immediate risk to your safety or the safety of others, in which case relevant authorities may be notified.
All consultation-related materials remain the intellectual property of Fine Fettle Holistics.
2. Limitation of Liability
Fine Fettle Holistics accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may arise from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information or materials provided during consultation sessions or through our website.
3. Consulting Session Duration and Structure
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Please allow 5–10 minutes at the end of each session for wrap-up and scheduling future appointments. If you wish to address an important matter, kindly raise it early in the session to ensure there is sufficient time for discussion.
Extensions beyond the scheduled time are billed in 15-minute increments unless otherwise arranged in advance.
4. Administrative Matters
Administrative discussions (e.g., rescheduling, or report requests) are considered part of your session time. To help make the most of your session, please raise these topics early where possible.
5. Additional Services and Fees
Special services such as home visits or written reports may be subject to additional charges based on factors including:
- Duration and timing;
- Location of service; or
- Nature and complexity of the request.
Please consult with our administrative team for the applicable rates. Clients who have not attended a session in three months or more may be subject to updated pricing.
6. Punctuality
To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and out of respect for other clients, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time even if you arrive late. We encourage punctuality to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment.
7. Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule a session, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. Any changes made within 72 hours of the appointment—including late rescheduling to a later date, or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, unless an alternative agreement has been made directly with us.
Note: This policy supports fair use of our consultants' time and ensures availability for clients in urgent need. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
8. Payment Policy
All payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Fine Fettle Holistics. Failure to make timely payment may result in the appointment being postponed or cancelled at the discretion of Fine Fettle Holistics.
9. Cancellation Policy
We will only be able to provide store credits for any cancellation of sessions with a minimum of 5 days notice prior to the appointment is required. Any cancellation made within 5 days of the appointment including late cancellation or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
